Got my visa. Pretty excited about it. After a long time I have something to look forward to; but there is still time and I don't have the slightest idea how to spend it. Thinking of something...

I had so much fun during the first 5 days that a new Idea came to my mind... Start a new blog which has information/results/experiments that I'll be testing (on myself) to get as fit as possible. Lets see how far do i go.

Weight is an issue. Issues are troublesome. Issues need to be resolved. Things take time, so i've given myself 30 days to get into a regime that'll keep the weight in check. Starting today, i'll be following the following points that i intend to adhere to strictly. NO Excuses.
- No Fast Food (No KFC, Mc Donalds etc.)
- No Carbonated Drinks (Include Coca Cola, Pepsi etc.)
- Sleep by 11pm, get up by 6am.
- Minimum 2kms run daily.
- Small Meals 5 times a day.
If there is some improvement i'll add more conditions and stuff. If there's no improvement i'll think of something else to do.
Edit: I'll post an update every 5 days, Next one will be on 12th.

Couldn't get through the SSB this time too. A bit disappointing but I gave my best. There's nothing I'd do differently if I give it a try again. Now I'm thinking of working for 3-4 years and then do my MBA.
Now on the push-ups front... will start the week 2 of the hundred push-up program tomorrow. Start my run from today evening... its been a while since I've been running. Getting back in schedule now. Will also start with swimming.
Planning a trip to Pondicherry later in the year... getting my body beach ready for that.
